What is your returns and exchange policy for personalised items?

At Banvard & James we offer personalisation on a selection of products. Our in house creative and design team will make the final decision of location, size and colour of the personalisation, based on the item purchased. We will often confirm this and consult with you, the customer, but this is not always necessary or possible.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised goods, except if the item has been supplied in a faulty or damaged condition. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible either by phone or by email.
